Myofascial / Deep Tissue Massage
A more focused session on specific areas of tension in the body. Level of pressure is determined by depth of tissue to be accessed below the skin, the amount of tension present in that tissue and others superficial to it, and client tolerance. Ideal for those who want to get rid of “knots” and localized tension.
Dynamic cupping massage combines traditional massage movements along with the use of a suction device (typically a cup) to create negative pressure on the skin.
